Ebooks and audiobooks
Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered digitally. Your download links are emailed to you right after checkout and are also available on your order confirmation page. There is no shipping charge for digital books. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us at support@victornash.com.
Paperbacks
Every paperback is printed on demand for your order by our printing partner, Lulu, and shipped directly to you.
- Printing: about 3–5 business days.
- Delivery in the U.S.: most orders arrive within 10–15 business days of purchase (roughly two weeks).
- International orders: we ship to many countries. Delivery usually takes longer, and times vary by destination.
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on your address before you pay.
- Tracking: when your book ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.
Damaged, misprinted, or lost books
If your paperback arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, email support@victornash.com with your order number (and a photo for damaged or misprinted books). We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because each book is printed and shipped quickly, we may not be able to change the address after the order is placed. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake.
